We’ve recently received a number of calls from customers who use HP printers that are part of the HP Instant Ink program. Despite the fact that they have correctly enrolled their printer and have a valid subscription, the printer will no longer print, instead displaying the error “Cartridge cannot be used until enroll in HP Instant Ink.
